Copies no. 1–10 (with 10 photomontages 13 x 18 cm) have been printed on Holland Pannekoeck and have been signed. Copies no 11 –69 (with 10 photomontages 9 x 12 cm) have been printed on domestic simulated Japan.  This book must not be sold publicly, nor exhibited, loaned or otherwise disseminated and it must not be placed in public libraries. It is advisable that the book be kept under lock and key in an inaccessible place so that it does not get into the hands of minors.
